I think the art explains itself.
A narcissist. A bully. An evil toxic person whoever they are. I don't think I want to know who that character is because they don't seem like a nice person. 🤣
In other words, the answer is more philosophical. There's a saying that nothing has changed, only the names.
There's not one particular individual that fits that description. A public figure for example like Trump is more obvious to such topical political satire. Likewise, he's not the only Dark Tetrad bully on the planet.
So therefore the history of characters, archetypes, and so forth.
There can be individual characters but traits that are similar.
